Anthony Rizzo and Daniel Murphy are the only left-handed hitters for the Cubs in the lineup.
Freeland has been amazing against lefties in 2018, holding them to a .519 OPS. The 25-year-old pitcher was great overall this season, recording a 2.85 ERA in 202.1 innings. Freeland finished the regular season winning his last eight decisions.

The Cubs haven’t seen much of Freeland.
Freeland’s made two career starts against the Cubs. In 2017, he gave up five runs, three earned in six innings and back in April he allowed three earned runs in seven innings.
Jon Lester is making the start for the Cubs. It’s his 10th postseason start since signing with the team.
