T.J. Moe was a wide receiver at Missouri and now he hosts a radio show in St. Louis. Take a guess if he took Kris Bryant’s joke about St. Louis being boring a little too seriously. Not only was Moe mad, he wants the Cardinals to throw at Bryant, a 105 mph fastball would be best in his opinion.
I think we can all agree that it was pretty hilarious how the Cardinals and some people from St. Louis reacted to Bryant. And at the same time you could say it was OK that this little made up feud has turned up the rivalry between the two clubs. Yet, it’s all fun and games until a bean ball war starts and can you really expect the Cardinals not to use this as an excuse to go out and throw at the Cubs?
Cardinals fans surely don’t mind and actually want to see it happen.
It's going to be really fun seeing Kris Bryant get plunked with a 98 MPH fastball his first at bat vs the #STLCards this year.

105 from Hicks would be fine

Yadier Molina went on a little rant after Bryant’s joke last Friday at the Cubs convention and boy was Yadi deep in his feelings.
The Cardinals catcher didn’t stop just at the comments on Instagram, vowing to defend St. Louis during an interview over the weekend too.

By the way, Jordan Hicks probably hates St. Louis and the Cardinals too after Mike Matheny condoned Bud Norris harassing Hicks in 2018.
Matheny said he has had conversations with Hicks to remind him that Norris’ badgering is a way to show he is invested in his success. Matheny sees Norris’ actions as an effort to carry on the dying tradition of teaching younger players in the harshest possible ways. Matheny himself faced that on the Milwaukee Brewers when he broke in as a young catcher 24 years ago.
Stop trying to get Hicks to do a dumbass thing like throwing at a player because he called the shitty city your favorite team plays in boring.
Anyway, seems like St. Louis writers are pretty bored because they can’t stop making Bryant’s joke into long articles about absolutely nothing.
Forget Maddon's Sopranos. It was Don Vito Corleone who warned “a friend should always underestimate your virtues and an enemy overestimate your faults.” Let the record show Kris Bryant mixed them up. The Yadfather is out for revenge. https://t.co/TSq2OUubx8 #STLCards #Cubs
