Kyle Schwarber Offers Up Simple Solution To Awful Rule That Nearly Screwed The Nationals

All right, so that Trea Turner judgement call during the seventh inning of Game 6, when he was called out after video review was technically the right call but c’mon, that’s a garbage rule if this is interference.

Again, going by the rulebook, apparently it was.

So, Turner, who ran in a straight line, was called out because of interference and it created a fierce debate on the interwebs.

It’s just a silly rule.

Kyle Schwarber, who doesn’t tweet often, was riled up after the call and he offered up this solution.

Not but seriously, clear up that rule, because it just doesn’t look right even when it seems to be applied correctly.
