White Sox manager Rick Renteria is under contract, but the White Sox haven’t said how long that’s for and I don’t think anyone has bothered to find out? Not sure, what’s going on with that, but in case you were wondering if Renteria is coming back to manage the White Sox in 2020, Rick Hahn gave a pretty straight forward answer.
Renteria is staying on the South Side to see this rebuild through.
The White Sox hired Renteria as manager prior to the 2017 season.
While it appears as though Renteria’s job is safe, you can’t say the same thing about the rest of the coaching staff.
