Well, here’s a story I wasn’t expecting to write. Today, the Winston-Salem Dash announced that the Houston Rockets All-Star point guard Chris Paul will become a partial owner of the team.

Chris Paul went to Wake Forest for College and is from Winston-Salem, so the move makes a lot of sense for him. He couldn’t have jumped on board at a better time. With players like Blake Rutherford, Gavin Sheets, Micker Adolfo, and Luis Robert on the Dash, it should be an exciting summer in Winston-Salem.
