I don’t think there’s much debate on who the most hated player by Chicago Cubs fans is. Ryan Braun just has one of the most punchable faces in baseball and of course when he’s killed the Cubs you hate him more.
On Friday though, Cubs fans got to celebrate a 3-2 win over the Milwaukee Brewers and Brandon Morrow striking out Braun on three straight fastballs was definitely the most satisfying way to end the game.
Morrow began the ninth by striking out Eric Sogard and then Addison Russell made a nice play to snag a Manny Pina liner at shortstop. That brought up Braun, representing the tying run, but Morrow wasn’t messing around.
98mph, 99mph and 99mph to seal the 3-2 win and make Ryan Braun look stupid.

The Cubs have now won six of their last eight games and have beaten the Brewers five of six times this season as well.
