Cody Bellinger Just Had the Coolest Moment of the Cubs Season So Far

-

Wrigley Field was chanting, “Cody! Cody! Cody!” and then Cody Bellinger hit a 425-foot home run off the right field video board. No debate, this is the coolest moment of the Cubs season so far Tuesday night with his first homer of the year.

The Cubs are demolishing the Colorado Rockies and I can only dream of the league magically placing the Rockies in the NL Central so we can keep getting moments like these.

Bellinger, Christopher Morel, Seiya Suzuki and Garrett Cooper have all homered Tuesday night. Every single starter in the Cubs lineup reached base 2+ times against the Rockies except for catcher Miguel Amaya, who finished the night 0-for-5 out of the nine slot.
