On a bloop single to center field, Javier Baez and Jason Heyward collided at full speed, which resulted in Baez leaving Friday’s Chicago Cubs game against the Milwaukee Brewers.
Baez looked OK, but certainly took a bad shot to his head. Somehow, Heyward was’t injured on the play, as his knee made clean contact with Baez.
