I’m not sure if Albert Almora Jr.’s success is going to translate from spring training into the regular season, but hey at least he’s hitting the crap out of the ball right now. He cranked his second home run of spring training, smashing a solo shot to give the Cubs a 1-0 lead over the Mariners on Sunday.
And then Javier Báez obliterated a home run to center field the next inning.
Check out the guy who took a rough bump getting over the railing, but at least he was able to get Javy’s HR ball.
Anyway, gonna need some time to myself after seeing this swing on loop.
