The beginning of the week was looking great for the White Sox, as they entered Cleveland facing one of the worst offensive teams in baseball. The White Sox only allowed one run in the first two games of the series, but then lost Wednesday on a walk-off home run and were shutout 5-0 in a rain-shortened game Thursday.
After a rain delay that lasted nearly three hours, Thursday’s game was called, but not before Charlie Tilson capped it off by losing his footing in right field and allowing an RBI-double on this big boner of a play.
And even worse if you bet on the run total.
The White Sox start a weekend series against the Blue Jays.
