VIDEO: Jose Abreu Drills Two Home Runs Against The Reds

-

White Sox first baseman Jose Abreu definitely can’t wait for the start of the regular season. On Tuesday night, Abreu flexed his muscles, hitting not one, but two opposite field home runs against the Reds down in Arizona.

The first one barely got over the right-field wall, but he put a little extra mustard on his second home run of the night.

Abreu, 32, will be a free agent after the 2019 season. Since coming over to the United States and making his MLB debut in 2014, he’s played at least 128 games every year and has hit at least 22 home runs each season. In 2018, Abreu missed about one month in August and September combined with an injury. It was the first year he didn’t eclipse the 100 mark for RBIs with the White Sox.
