The Chicago White Sox made a few roster moves today.

Jose Abreu was placed on the 10 Day DL after his surgery on Tuesday night thus recalling Jose Rondon from AAA Charlotte.

The team then traded reliever Luis Aviilan to the Phillies for right-handed pitching prospect Felix Paulino.

Paulino was signed as an international free agent by the Phillies in April 2014 and has moved up within the Phillies organization. Paulino was 4-4 with a 3.91 ERA in Class A and Double-A work this year. Seems to be another low-risk high reward move for the White Sox. Paulino owns a 3.62 ERA in 96 minor league appearances, 57 of the appearances have been starts.

Here is a table for Paulino’s numbers.
