NHL Announces Full Schedule For Blackhawks vs. Golden Knights Series

-

Game 1 of the best-of-seven first-round series kicks off on Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. CT.

The Chicago Blackhawks will take on the top-seeded Vegas Golden Knights in the first round of the 2020 NHL postseason. Vegas, who finished the 2019-20 regular season 39-24-9 with 86 points, managed to go undefeated in the round-robin format that determined the top-four seeds in the Western Conference.

In the three matchups between the two teams this season, the Hawks went 1-1-1, with a 5-3 win in Vegas on Nov. 13. Less than a month later though, the Golden Knights struck for revenge and wound up with a commanding 5-1 victory on Dec. 10. The first meeting needed a shootout to determine the winner, with Vegas coming out on top 2-1 way back in October.

Here’s a look at the complete schedule for the series:

Because they are the lower seed, the Blackhawks will be on the road for Games 1, 2, 5, and 7. They get the last change as the home team for Games 3, 4, and 6.

All the games in the series — except for Game 3 — will be broadcasted on NBC Sports Chicago locally and NBC Sports Network nationally. Game 3 will only be shown on NBC Sports’ national channel.
