Justin Fields Was The Top Selling NFL Jersey In Wisconsin!

-

Justin Fields just got his first MAJOR win in the state of Wisconsin. Although it wasn’t necessarily in Green Bay at Lambeau Field, it’s still a pretty big and telling win over the whole state.

According to recently released data from hat and sports apparel company Lids, Fields was the top selling NFL jersey in not only Illinois, but Wisconsin too!

Shockingly, the #12 Aaron Rodgers jersey has been dethroned in his own state. While it’s understandable that Rodgers jersey sales might be down after an all around controversial year for the former MVP, it’s surprising that not even other Packers players like Davante Adams or Aaron Jones could top the Chicago rookie sensation in state-wide jersey sales.

Packer fans definitely had their jokes and excuses about the situation…

With Rodgers’ future in Green Bay increasingly uncertain, is this a sign that the Packer faithful are already starting to have their doubts about their beloved team’s future and look for alternate choices instead?

For years it’s been Chicago fans daydreaming about what it would be like to have a winning team with a bright future to root for. Perhaps the tables have finally turned and Green Bay fans are now secretly jealous of Chicago’s future instead.

I mean can we really blame Wisconsin? Who wouldn’t want to rock this jersey, it’s by far the coolest Chicago Bears jersey we’ve seen in years!

Fields did go 0-2 in his first year against the Packers with a 24-14 loss in week six and a 45-30 loss in week 14, scoring three touchdowns in the two games combined.

If there’s one thing to watch, it’ll be very interesting to see what the crowd looks like when the Bears head to Lambeau next season. Will the Fields jerseys out number the Rodgers jerseys in just year two of Fields’ career?
