Justin Fields Reveals Why He Unfollowed The Bears On Instagram

-

“Justin Fields stopped following the Chicago Bears on his IG account.”

That has been the latest rumor unless you have been living under a rock for the past week. Another rumor surfaced was that Fields was asked directly by Ryan Poles what team he wanted to be traded to. The belief is that they want to send him to a place he prefers.

Both rumors are unfounded. If the decision has been made to trade Fields, Poles will make a trade that makes the most sense to help improve the roster. The rumor mongers have decided the Atlanta Falcons would be the best place for Fields. The Falcons make sense. Fields grew up in Kennesaw, GA, a suburb just 27 miles from Atlanta.

While a trade to Atlanta is possible, Ryan Poles WILL NOT settle for less than what another team would offer, assuming he will trade Fields. To suggest anything else is completely ludicrous. Other trade partners rumored to be interested include Minnesota, Washington, New England, in addition to Atlanta.

Justin Fields on the St. Brown Bros Podcast

Justin Fields appeared on the St. Brown Bros show today on YouTube. He addressed the Twitter post that has been making the rounds regarding his Instagram account. Fields does not spend much time on social media sites, set the record straight.

Justin Fields didn’t want to see all the BS on IG while he was on vacation. He unfollowed the Bears, the NFL, and other accounts to enjoy his vacation.

Do you think he’s telling the truth?

If I was Fields, I wouldn’t even be looking at what anyone says either. I can imagine he’s twisting and turning enough anyways.

SI is stating that JJ McCarthy definitely goes in the top 10. Didn’t that publication lay off a lot of writers?

Wow people get pretty emotional and this is not under your control. Poles will do whatever he feels like doing. I think Poles would want to make absolutely sure the team finishes above 500 this year. Best way to do that might be stealing Baker Mayfield away from the Bucs LOL, JK. But with a rookie QB or Fields I think you have a high chance of a mixed bag on victories. I’m basing that on history vs what I think. I think you want 3 QB’s who can ball. So what I would do is get a backup vet… Read more »
