Former Bears quarterback Jay Cutler, a polarizing figure in these conversations, recently shared his insights on Inside the NFL. Cutler suggests that focusing on building around Fields with top-tier players from free agency and/or the draft could be the safest and most reliable approach, given that we already have a clear understanding of what Fields brings to the table.
